I'm in Dumaguete City. Should I still pay the shipping fee?
No need! We will deliver the items to you for FREE!
When will you ship my order/s? What courier are you using?
By default, we use 2Go and we will ship your orders within 24 hours after we receive your deposit slip via email.
Will you send me an email to inform me that my order has been shipped?
Yes and in the same email, we will also give you the tracking number of your package. Note however that sometimes the database of our courier's computerized tracking system takes approximately 24 hours to be updated.
What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
If we have not yet shipped your order, you can simply email us so we can have your correct address.
If the order was already shipped and the package is returned to us, we can send it back again but you will have to pay the shipping cost again.
I want an item but it's out of stock!
Email us so we can inform you as soon as the item becomes available again.
Do you do international shipping?
Not right now, but we're hoping to do this soon. :)
